A. We have developed our website with ease of use in mind. We have kept things simple to ensure that we become the first choice recruitment website for everyone looking for jobs in Kent.
Job seekers can visit the site and search current jobs by location and industry. Those who register may also sign up to our Jobs-By-Email service to receive email notification of new jobs matching their criteria and create a shortlist of jobs that they wish to apply for.
All job seekers can apply for jobs directly through our site.
Q. What makes www.jobs4uinkent.com such good value for money?
A. We have a simple subscription based service. Beyond your free trial, we offer two levels of subscription:
The standard level allows you to list up to three jobs simultaneously – however, it is no more expensive than advertising a single job with some of our competitors. This does not mean however that you are restricted to advertising just three jobs. You may delist a job for a period and list another if you wish, and then relist the original! As long as you only have three jobs at once you can do this as much as you like.
Our premium level of subscription allows you to list unlimited jobs during your subscription period – with the same flexibility as the standard level. In addition, your logo will appear in the featured recruiters section of our site on a rotating basis.
Both levels of subscription allow you to conduct unlimited CV searches and register to be notified of new CVs matching your criteria with our CVs-By-Email service.
ALL our job adverts allow you to include your company logo and a link to your company profile.
Q. How does the CV search work?
A. Our job seekers have the opportunity to upload CVs and specify their key skills plus the locations and industries they want to work in. As a standard or premium subscriber, you can search CVs using our powerful and flexible search engine. You can save multiple CV searches and run them when you wish. You can also sign up to our CVs-By-Email service and be notified of new CVs matching your criteria shortly after they have been uploaded.
Q. I need to fill a vacancy quickly, can I get my jobs to appear at the top of the search results?
A. You may upgrade any job to be a ‘featured job’. Featured jobs appear at the top of search results and are highlighted in such a way that they stand out. You can turn any job advert into a featured advert for some or all of its duration – it’s up to you! Separate charges apply for featured jobs.
Q. How do I begin my free trial?
A. Starting your free trial is easy:
1. Simply log on to www.jobs4uinkent.com, and click on the ‘Recruiters’ link in the orange bar.
2. Click on the ‘Register Now’ link in the light blue menu bar on the left.
3. Choose your username and password then enter your company details. No payment information is required to begin your free trial. You will need a valid email address. Don’t forget to read our terms and conditions.
4. Activate your account. You will be sent an email that will give you a link to activate your membership. This link will take you back to the site so that you can log in.
5. List your jobs! You can simultaneously list up to 3 jobs during the trial period. Don’t forget that you can delist and relist these jobs as you wish.
You can upgrade your free trial to either a standard or premium subscription at any time.
Q. Several people in my company need access; do we need more than one account?
A. No, your company only needs one account. You can add other users who have their own username and password to allow them access to your account.
Q. How can I advertise my company on your site?
A. All our recruiter accounts come with their own profile page that gives you the opportunity to promote your company. This can be accessed from any of your job adverts or for premium subscribers from our featured recruiters section. We also offer banner advertising at an additional charge.
